Our Story
Iron Eagle Ranch was born from faith, forged in service, and built on the belief that what you feed your family matters.
Colonel (Retired) Scott Patton began his journey as an Infantry Private in 1986 and spent 28 years serving this nation with honor — fighting alongside the 101st Airborne Division, the 1st Cavalry Division, and the 1st Armored Division through multiple combat tours in Iraq, NATO operations in Hungary, and serving as Chief of Fires and Chief of Staff for the 2nd Infantry Division in Korea. He retired as a Field Artillery Colonel in 2014.
But God wasn't done with him yet.
In 2017, Scott felt an undeniable calling to preach. Having overcome alcohol addiction, he surrendered to that call and founded Centurions Hope Chapel and Ministries in Lawton, Oklahoma — where he delivers passionate, verse-by-verse, expository Bible teaching to this day. He has become a fierce advocate for veterans, active-duty service members, and their families, speaking at conferences across the region and standing in the gap for those who have served.
Scott and his wife Tami — married 37 years and still going strong — built Iron Eagle Ranch from the ground up at their property in Cache, Oklahoma. What started in 2024 as a cattle and goat operation quickly expanded into farm-raised beef, pork, and lamb — wholesome, humanely raised alternatives to the factory-farmed products flooding America's grocery stores.
